Some unique ways to combat wisdom tooth pain symptoms can also include exercise and deep breathing exercises. If you are able to meditate or relax with soothing music, that can help as well. A very unique way to find wisdom tooth pain relief is to put ice on your hand. Take a piece of ice and rub it between the thumb and forefinger for 5 – 7 minutes.  You want the area to be numb. This works because of the nerve structure in the body.
