seborrheic dermatitis finding remedies

Within the skin, the largest organ on our bodies, there are two different but important glands that over see the continued care of the skin and they are both the oil glands and the sweat glands.  As you are well aware, the sweat glands are those that respond to heat, releasing fluids in the careful regulation of body heat and the added bonus of sweating is the purging of various toxins that are within our bodies.  The oil glands of course, see to the moisture of our skin but sometimes a rather nasty infection of these vital glands causes a condition known as Seborrheic Dermatitis.  This is not an uncommon occurrence but is not a reaction to environmental or atmospheric conditions but rather a unhealthy diet or a deficiency of the person’s immune system. Over the years, various remedies for seborrheic dermatitis have evolved and some of them are listed further in this article.

First and foremost, though, the characteristics of seborrheic dermatitis are that in lieu of the typical oil or sweat that appears through the skin, a yellow fluid that resembles a substance more like puss appears instead.  What this indicates is a person whose immune system is a little over active and further indicates a high level of unhealthy toxins.  If the immune system is to continue along in an acceptable health, these toxins first have to be eliminated from the system.  Further, such a condition is indicative of a deficits in what the immune system needs to stay strong and effective.  It is not only the result of a poor diet but a warning light of a lacking immune system as well.

Home remedies for seborrheic dermatitis are as simple as a careful examination of the person’s diet.  A diet that is too heavy in processed sugars, saturated fats and an over indulgence in those items known as junk food are huge contributors to seborrheic dermatitis.  Finding out just what the body needs as well as knowing what it has too much of is vital in understanding how to deal effectively with this condition.

A great home remedy for seborrheic dermatitis is to first examine your diet.  As mentioned earlier, a diet too heavy in saturated fats, junk foods and sugars will precipitate a condition known as cadida overgrowth.  This overgrowth will accelerate activity in histamine and result in a flaring of eczema on the surface of the skin.  This affects some of the most sensitive places on the human body, typically where there are folds in the skin or areas more likely to sweat such as beneath the nose, hands, the  inside elbows, knees and  private areas.  However, the most populated area of the body for oil and sweat glands is in the cranial area, specifically the scalp, on the nose, the middle of the chest and in the back of the ears. Stage a large reduction on the intake of saturated fats, junk foods and sugars in what you consume.  As an alternative, a higher ingestion of fibre will counter the overgrowth of candida. Simple changes such as an increase in kale, broccoli, collard and spinach will aid greatly in restoring the body’s balance in the immunity system.

There are a lot of causes of Seborrheic Dermatitis and equally a lot of home remedies for Seborrheic Dermatitis which suggests more so that a simple alteration of diet and elimination of unnecessary foods with restore your scalp and glands to a better working order.
