One of the most terrifying and nastiest things to see on the highly social teenager’s face is the sudden appearance of whiteheads on face.  The question of how to get rid of whiteheads is one of the oldest questions fielded by young people today and as you can imagine, there are a wide range of products on the market today that claim to have the miracle cure.

As with every known method as to how to get rid of whiteheads, each and everyone carries with it a degree of risk.  Just what are the risks to trying to eliminate whiteheads on face?  Plenty.  The first thing that you should know is that whiteheads are not pimples.  They occur as a result of pores in the skin that are clogged with oil or sebum.  This is the natural body oils that the body produces.  When the pore gets too full of this sebum and the pore seals, that sebum changes to a white color which in turn creates – you guessed it, the odious whitehead.  The issue is, that no matter what the angle of attack against the whiteheads on face, it means that you have to actually touch the whitehead in order to remove it and when you do, it could result in a scar.  These scars can be either very difficult to see or at the opposite end of it, quite noticeable.  First and foremost, be advised that picking at whiteheads on face or trying to squeeze them has a high probability of leaving scar tissue.  The real danger is, outside of the aesthetic appearance, you could very well break the surface of the skin, thereby exposing the tissue beneath to a greater form of infection and then make the area even more dangerous and of course, easy to spot.

A good way to get rid of whiteheads on face is by putting your face over a bowl filled with extremely hot water, a towel wrapped about your head and enclosed over the bowl.  After about ten minutes or so, using an implement utilized by dermatologists called a comedone remover you can safely removed the whitehead or comedone.  Once that procedure has been completed, wash your face thoroughly once again to remove excess oils and dirt and you should be good to go.  Once again, this isn’t a fail safe method – there is still the risk of scarring the area but it is one that is recommended, no less.  You can attend to your local pharmacy for the numerous ointments, lotions or medicated creams but a lot of people fail to realize that the whiteheads on face aren’t a exterior facial issue.  The problems with pimples and whiteheads begin underneath the surface on the skin.  Irrespective of what you do to exfoliate or wash your face with, it won’t stop the same problem.  You have to battle the problem from within which is usually a problem with an imbalance in hormones.  Through the use of Acnezine pills, you can reduce the toxins in your body that are associated with the formation of acne as well as the use of facial care.

So, you see, the problem with whiteheads on face is not one that starts on the outside, it is one that starts on the inside, under the skin.  Knowing how to get rid of whiteheads is knowing how to think proactively rather than reactively.  Learn about your body and your skin and you are already halfway to having rid of your problem once and for all.
