Many people put aspartame into their bodies because it is a sweet, no calorie alternative to sugar. It is in thousands of products worldwide from drinks and sodas to candy and chewing gum. If you are eating any low calorie or sugar free food that is sweet, it likely has aspartame in it. The problem with aspartame is it is highly dangerous and can even be deadly.
